Alumni Card

Your Alumni Card is your passport to the exclusive offers, and identifies you as a proud member of FGS Alumni Community. Your FGS Alumni Smart Card is your means of identification that you’re a student of FGS Group. Since we hold our Alumni Special, we aim to offer the services which are unique and exclusive.

 

The benefits of Alumni Card are:

  • Facilitation of entry into FGS or FGS College Premises.

  • Access to Alumni Resources

  • Special Discount of favorite restaurants, outlets and brands. (Starting from June 2016)

  • Less fee for passes of FGS Alumni Association events.

  • Announcement and updates on International Jobs & Scholarships

  • Discounted fee for Alumni Yearly Magazine

  • Half charges for FGS Alumni Email-for-life Account.

  • Special and VIP Passes avalibility at Alumni Events i.e. meet and greet with singers at concert.

 

Charges for Alumni Card are Rs. 1100/- PKR To apply for your Alumni Card, fill out 'Alumni Smart-Card form'

 

The  Alumni Smart Card is made out in the name of the alumnus and cannot be passed on to third parties. The FGS Alumni cannot be held responsible for any facts or activities related to the offering and granting of benefits by third parties to Smart Card holders or for alumni's use of these benefits. The benefits cannot be converted into cash.

 

Terms & Conditions:

 

1) Alumni Cards will only be issued on the request of concerned Alumni. 
2) The subscription fee for the card will be Rs. 1100/- only
3) The card will be valid initially for the period of 04 (four) years.
4) It will only be issued to those graduates who have completed education from FGS.
5) In case the Alumni Card is lost or stolen, the card holder will be required to report it immediately to the Alumni department by emailing  and made payment of Rs. 500/- (five hundred only) in terms of fine. The department of Alumni will then make arrangements for the issuance of duplicate card to the individual.
6) Card holder will abide by the Rules and Policies of FGS Alumni Association
7) FOSS management reserves the right to revise the policy, at any time. However, changes will be notified at the official website.
8) In case of any manipulation, FOSS management has the right to cancel the card, any time at its sole discretion.
9) Card is not transferable.
10) You are responsible for use of your Card at all times. You must keep your card with you and must not give to any other person to use.
11) You should not bend or deface your Card or expose it to extreme heat.
12) FOSS is not responsible for any Third-party behavior. You must view our partner details at our website

Become Alumni Card Partner

This new initiative by FGS Alumni Department seeks to get discounts on a wide range of products and services for our Alumni by partnering with various companies.

Since we hold our alumni special, we aim to offer them services which are unique and exclusive.

 

 

 

Marketing Incentives for Partners. Alumni Card partners will be able to benefit in the following ways:

 

  • Access to a almost 2000 strong alumni community

  • Opportunities to undertake targeted promotion

  • Listing in the appropriate category within the Alumni Card section of the alumni website

  • Feature on the alumni website homepage for a limited time

  • Feature in FGS Alumni Yearly Magazine

  • Feature on leaflet sent to Alumni at the time of renewal of the card every year

  • Promotions will be sent via Email & Text SMS to all our Alumnus

  • All the information regarding the company will be published at our website

  • Promotion will be done on our Facebook Page & Group with a lot of members.

  • Space for putting company posters (with specific dimensions) at Alumni Events. 

 

The Terms & Conditions from our partners are:

 

  • ​Alumni must produce their FGS Alumni Card, whichever applicable, to the offers.

  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, privileges, promotions, on-going promotions, vouchers, promotional coupons, discount cards or vouchers, discount schemes, items on sale, discounted items, or in-house offers unless otherwise stated.

  • Offers, discounts, vouchers and privileges cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services and are not transferable to other persons unless otherwise stated.

  • To enjoy the offers, alumni should adhere to the promotional periods stated, if any; each merchant’s offer is subject to change.

  • All participating merchants reserve the right to make changes to the promotion without prior notice.

  • Complimentary/Free gifts, if any, are on a while stocks last basis; participating merchants reserve the right to replace complimentary items with another item of similar value. 

  • Offers are bound by the terms and conditions of the respective merchants.

  • All payments for purchases are to be made directly to participating merchants. 

  • FGS Alumni, FGS Group or FOSS Team shall not be held responsible for any transactions made between alumni and participating merchants. 

  • FGS Alumni, FGS Group or FOSS Team accept no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the merchants involved in these offers. 

  • All feedback regarding the participating merchants/outlets should be directed to the merchants/outlets.

  • In case of any dispute, the decision of respective merchants shall be final.
